We are running Exchange 2003 and have installed EV 7.5. The shortcut settings are as follows:
Content of Shortcut body - Use message body
When shortcut is opened - show contents
We then used the PST import tool to import a PST. In Outlook 2007, all messages with attachments just list the attachment at the bottom of the message in text format. In Outlook 2003 or OWA, the attachments are still in the message and clickable.
If you restore a message with an attachment from the vault, the attachments then show up as they should in Outlook 2007. Is this normal?
