Urgent requirement symantec EV veriosn 9 upgrade

Hi All,
I am trying to install symantec EV V9 where the work stations has outlook 2007 and 2003I am creating a software package. The package gets downloaded but not getting executed. I am getting error code 1603 in SMA.I checked with the work station, I am getting the below error message in the event viewer,

Product: Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In -- Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.CRT,version="9.0.30729.4148",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64",type="win32"'. Ending a Windows Installer transaction: C:\Windows\Source\EVClient\Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in-en.msi. Client Process Id: 3924.

If I try to run the MSI file for EV 9 manually in the work stationbut I get the below error message appears,
