As stated by AndrewB it is entirely dependent on your particualr environment. But, for discussion sake, what type of storage are you migrating from and to, approximately how many TBs?
Is there any report any show how much data will be migrated from closed partition?
It is a dell compellent. The target is not confirm yet.
Is there any overhead such as memory or cpu at sql? The sql is sharing with multiple applications.
