Where to set DA "Folders" permissions

DA 2007 - SP4 / EV 2007 - SP4

 

We have one of our DA reviewers that is able to export from the review set to a Folder.  The folder appears in DA at the top of the review column on the main screen, but when he clicks into his folders he does not have permissions to export, etc.  Where are folder permissions granted?

Look under Role Assignment in either the Application level and you will see the default Folder roles.
