You have to call support. I had to do the same thing and once you link your account with the serial number of your product, you are good to go!

I believe you are not listed as a technical contact for the licenses thats why you received that warining message on the mysupport website. Call 1-800-721-3934 opt 2 adn verify if you are a technical contact for the license or if not check if you can be added as one.
