Upgrade 11.05 to 11.06

I downloaded trial of 11.06 (Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_11.0.6_MP1_Trialware_Xplat_EN); can I use this to upgrade my 11.05? If yes, is there anything I need to take care in upgrade? If no, where to download the latest 11.06 version? Yes, I still have a valid and active license. Thanks.

You cannot use the Trial version to upgrade. Visit Fileconnect to get the latest SEP 11 build (11.0.6100.645).

Hello,

You may need to uninstall the trialware for SEP and then download the full version as what Cycletech mentioned.

You need a serial number on this format Mxxxxxxxxxx (starts with M followed by a 10 digit number) for the download. You can get it on the license certificate provided when you purchase the product.

If ever that you did not have a serial number or your license certificate, call customer care at 1800-721-3934 to further assist you.
