Veritas Technologies has a long history of supporting Habitat for Humanity, with 12 years of experience working alongside the organization’s staff to build homes for families local to our regional offices. During the week of September 24th, 70 members of #TeamVtas out of Roseville dedicated a day to the cause, collaborating with the organization to address a range of construction site needs, from structural framing to refinishing work.
“It's great that Veritas sponsors this kind of effort and volunteerism. We get to interact with our colleagues in a different setting and feel the benefits of doing good for our community,” expresses Don Eitel of Veritas.
Don took over managing Roseville’s partnership with Habitat for Humanity in 2018, and he’s looking forward to playing a part in the company’s rich history of getting its collective hands dirty in pursuit of a good cause – just a part of what makes #LifeAtVeritas so satisfying.
In addition to the hours dedicated by Veritas staff, the company also promotes the organization in its Dollars for Doers program, donating $15 for each volunteer hour by #TeamVtas.
