NBUITA 11.4.0 Has Been Released

Greetings, 

I see that NBUITA 11.4.0 has been released. What I'm not seeing is any specific instructions for upgrading and what files to download nor am I seeing any specific requirements if an Oracle DB upgrade is required.

Currently running on Linux VM - redhat 8.8

NBUITA version 11.3.03
Portal server - Linux; Collector server - Linux; Backup solution to report on - NetBackup 10.1.1

Is there a download for Oracle DB on this release for those of us that are running NBUITA 11.3.03? I have already applied the Oracle Patch for 08 Feb 2024.

@DPeaco  - no oracle upgrade is required.  You will need one of these files (depending on portal OS)
