BMR backup to VM Restore Conversion issue with GPT disk on the client.

Hello,

My issue is that we are attempting to do a recovery of a remote site server that is in a MSDP backup with the BMR2VM Conversion steps.  I keep getting the following error.

Details error "Select client configuration diesn't meet VM conversion criteria. It has system volumes present on GPT type disks, which are not currently supported for VM conversion.

We are currently on NBU 8.1.1 (Appliance 3.1.1)

I was able to get around the error by making an editable copy of the "VM Conversion Client" current config then restricting the large GPT data volume.  It was then able to restore and I was then able to push down the e: from the backups.

I was wondering when the GPT disk type would be supported for the VM Conversion process, or if this is unknown if it is on the list of things to work through for the Developers?

We would love to be able to limit our need for using Generic BMR recovery to only when we are restoring back to a Physical host.  While BMR does work, it can be a nightmare.
