Backup failing with error 84

[Chan_backup]

Master server : windows 2008

Media server : Window 2008

Netbackup version on both Master and Media is : 7.1.0.4

Client: AIX 6.1

Oracle backups.

Error:

You need to troubleshoot status 84 from NBU point of view.

Please post the following:

All info in Activity Monitor details tab of the failed job.

bptm log (as attachment) on media server.

Main Oracle Error 6 with media error failure is a bad tape, try to run the backup again and see how it goes, check if you are using the same tape drive so you can judge if maybe you have a bad drive too.
