Cannot create CPR_INFO directory

In the job log of one of our Windows 2003 clients, we see this error: Error bpbrm(pid=4644) from client CLIENTNAME: ERR - cannot create cpr_info directory

All files, directories, and system state data appear to be being backed up.

Has anyone else encountered this error?

- All servers and clients are running NetBackup 6.5.3
- Master and Media servers are Windows 2003.
- Backup is file-based over a LAN connection.

\install_path\netbackup\cpr_info\cpr_info.ctime

Policy has checkpoint restart enabled.  Turn it off if you don't need it?
