Doubt about Catalog Backup "file path specified is not absolute".

Hello,

I changed the location where Catalog Backup is done, then it's failing now. Appears a dialog box "Backup of NetBackup Catalog" with the contents:
"The following error occurred while attempting to backup the NetBackup catalog:

file path specified is not absolute"

Application: NetBackup Enterprise Server 6.0MP5
O.S.: Windows Server 2003 SP2

Any ideas, please?

Hi,

On NetBackup Administration Console --> NetBackup Management --> Catalog --> "Configure offline NetBackup Catalog Backup..." (right-click menu) --> Files, there was an entry "server:" pointing to nothing. After removed that entry, the offline netbackup catalog was executed with success.
