You need to look into Hyper-V logs and event logs in the VM itself.

Hello,
Thanks for your help, can you tell me the path for this?

1) Hyper-V-VMMS >Admin log on Hyper-V nodes
2) System and Application logs inside problem VM
3) Check integration services version:
Get-VM | ft Name, IntegrationServicesVersion

Please see this section in NBU for Hyper-V manual :
https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/doc/21357025-127305010-0/v18522639-127305010
You may want to download the manual and read through initial chapters to ensure that all pre-reqs are met.

@robertoaxity
Have you downloaded the pdf from the link that I posted yesterday?
Extract from the Hyper-V manual troubleshooting section - p.150:
Note: These log folders must already exist in order for logging to occur. If these folders do not exist, you must create them.
To create most of these log folders, run the following command on the NetBackup servers and on the Hyper-V server:
Windows:
install_path\NetBackup\logs\mklogdir.bat
Required log folders and their location can be seen on p.149.
