Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: nbd Status 23

Hi dear all.

In VMWare backup environment I added 3 vcenter and 10 ESX server and all of them working correctly. recently I added new vcenter and I am trying to take backup using nbd and I get this error msg: Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: nbd Status 23 and backups fail with status code 6. I cheecked some log files like vxms and bpbrm and I cant find any useful information.

master server is linux and NBU 7.7

vm backup host is windows 2008 and NBU 7.7

They are many reasons why you can get this error.  The most common are below:

Permissions

Can't connect on port 902 to the ESX host from the backup host.

If you have a VxMS log, we can probable give a direct answer.

Did you increase the logging for vxms to 8? post the log.

VXMS_VERBOSE = 5 should be plenty for this operation.
