Hi,

I have some problem backing up passive DB on Exchange 2010 DAG.

Error I see:
Critical BPBRM from client "something": FTL - snashot preparation failed - No Exchange databases were found during enumiration of (DB), status 13
Critical BPBRM from client "something": FTL - snashot preparation failed, status 13.

This happen to just a few DB not all.
All Passive DB's is located on 1 server. All aktive DB are located on different servers.

Anyone seen this?

What are your settings on backup copies (active or passive)? Is it set to backup active copy of the database? Was the client name attribute set to cluster host name?

Yes Im trying to backup passive DB's.
We connect to exchange using Cluster Virtual name.

Same configuration backup active copy without any problems.
