Full backup is failing with 90

we are recently facing the issue few of the windows clients full backup schdules failing with 90 error code 

can you please advise me to proceed with what steps need to be take care of that ?

Master server version is 7.1.0.3 

client version is 7.1..0.3 which has ALL Local drives as backup selection

Have entire drive letters been added to Exclude List?

If so, add * to the path, e.g. X:\*
