We are having issues with Netbackup 6 mp6. Occasionally the jobs say that they are connecting or even mounting but then seem to freeze in that state until the backup server is rebooted. We have tried resetting the drives but that doesn't work. Are there any known issues related to this?
Is it possible or neccessary to change the control path of the drives if the control path is changed on the robot?
I'm wondering if at some point the control path got changed in the robot but nothing was updated on the backup server....
