I'm getting a permisson error while backing up a Linux server.

I've set the baremetal disaster recover and the error still there.

I can't put it in the exclude_list because i have to get a disaster recover backup

I don't know if a Linux can UP (after a disaster) without the /sys.

Does anyone could help me please

It shoud be safe to exclude /sys on a Linux box. The contens of /sys is rebuilt upon boot and is a in memory filesystem  (sysfs)

Regards

there is no need to backup /sys, it is a complete virtual folder for communication  with kernel subsystems

add it to your exclude lists as Nickolai says
