Lotus Notes backup err for windows

when i backup Lotus Notes (multi-partition server) on windows 2003 , nbu report err :

"WRN - Can't open file Lotus Notes:\C:\Lotus\Domino\data1\admin4.ntf (WIN32 0:Operation successfully finished)
...
"the requested operation was partially successful(1)

some of files can be backuped.

the netbackup is 5.1 MP5

What is the "policy type" for the NetBackup policy that is used?

Apologies, but I can't remember what the settings are, but there are some backup related tweaks that can be added to the Domino database "ini" file, i.e. the file that controls many (all?) aspects of Domino itself.  I know that we used to ask the Domino admins to add a few lines to their control files so that backups would run smoothly.  Unfortunately I can't remember what these were.  I'll see if I can find out.  In the meantime, I can only suggest that you research the NetBackup Lotus/Domino Admin Guide for your version and O/S of NetBackup.
