NBCC catalog consistecy_error Integ_6_4

Hello,

I did try upgrade NBU 5.1 to NBU 6.0, but when I did execute NBCC for find inconsistency to database I had this message.        

5.5  Processing Media DB, pass 1 (of 3), 3705 records to be processed  CONSISTENCY_ERROR Integ_6_4   

¿ How to repair this error ?.

Once the NBCC utility runs, NBCC creates an output\nbcc directory under the bin\support directory, if it does not already exist.  This directory contains a uniquely named directory which contains the results of each execution of the NBCC command, and should be forwarded on to NetBackup support for additional analysis.  If the tar and gzip binaries are installed, the utility automatically creates a package which can be forwarded to NetBackup support.  If the tar and gzip binaries are not present, the utility cannot package and bundle the output files, and this process should be done manually (using the appropriate compression and archive utility).  

Once the Symantec Enterprise Technical Support Engineer has reviewed the output of the NBCC command, any recommended corrective steps will be conveyed and discussed in detail.

I'm of course, but now only want the meaning of the code status integ_6_4  

Like those examples of other status codes, for verify my mediaDB :

- Media DB Integrity Operational Checks:

 Oper_16_4 - Occurs during the checking of the Media DB.  This

             inconsistency code indicates that the media ID is assigned

             in the Volume DB, that there are no images in the Image DB

             and that the media has not already been targeted to be

             FROZEN.

- Volume DB Integrity Operational Checks:

 Oper_16_2 - Occurs during the checking of the Volume DB.  This

inconsistency code indicates that the media ID is assigned,

             has no valid images, is in a Media DB, but is FROZEN.

- Volume DB Integrity Checks:

Integ_12_2 - Occurs during the checking of the Media DB.  This

              inconsistency code indicates that the Volume DB assignment

              time is later then the Media DB allocation time.  These

              database fields are used in multiple consistency checks

              and the possibility of other inconsistency codes being

              encountered for the same media ID should be reviewed.

The solution

Integ_6_4 - Occurs during the checking of the Media DB.

- SERVER ALIASES
Inaccurate hostname relationships in the nbcc-server-aliases file processed by NBCC could result in inaccurate results.  Each line of the nbcc-server-aliases file should contain a primary hostname along with associated alias and/or NetBackup virtual hostnames (clusters) delimited by white space.
