NBU6.0MP4 - wildcards on windows backup selections - not working...HELP!!!

Hi guys,
I am trying to backup windows folders by alphabetic groups. It just does NOT work:
  D:\[a-bA-b]*\*
  D:\[a-bA-b]\*
  D:\[a-d]*\*
  D:\[a-d]*
  D:\[a*-d*]
  D:\[a*-d*]*\*

all failing with none of the files in the file list exist 71

The only one that work is D:\a*

Anyone has an idea on that?
Thanks a lot for your help.

I know this works on exchange backups
Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes:\[A-C]*

It will actually do bot upper and lower cases.
so try

NEW_STREAM
D:\[A-C]*
NEW_STREAM
D:\[D-F]*
NEW_STREAM
D:[G-I]*

hi Bob,
no it does not work neither,
I tried
  C:\[A-I]
  C:\[A-I]*\*
  C:\[A-I]*

I guess I will have to log a case to Symantec...  Anyone?

What about setting up to read as Unix files and then try
/C/[A-F]*

I tried to set the policy type to standard and and used:
  /C/[A-F]*

but it did not work neither.
