No logical connection between robot and master server in netbackup device topology

Hi,

I have master server (Solaris) and media server (Windows). I could able to do inventory in GUI mode in master server but I cannot see logical connection from robot to master server in device->topology(In master server) but it is connected to media server. Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

Media server is ping from master server and vice versa. May be because of this, I couldnt able complete physical inventory of backupexec tapes in master server (./vmphyinv command). It will throw error code 42 (cannot connect to robotic software daemon 42).
