OCS Netbackup agent

Dear All,

Netbackup is having agents for every technology like SQL NB Agent, Oracle NB Agent, Exchange NB agent.. etc.
Now i want to know how i can take backup of OCS server's. OCS is microsoft application and used for communication. We have 10 servers of OCS and wants complet backup by netbackup only. Please suggest me how i can perform it.
Application = Microsoft OCS
O/S = Windows 2008
Use of Application = Communicatore and Chat board, Video Confrensing.

Since Symantec does not have a dedicated agent, best to look at what Microsoft says and combine that with with options available in NBU:

Looks like a combination of filesystem and SQL backups...

I have one another question from where i can get the agent for linux and unix. when i am creating NB server on windows..
