Problems with NAS DSU in NBU 6.5

    We recently upgraded from 6.0 MP5 to 6.5 MP1.  On one of our Windows 2003 Media servers, there is  DSU that points to a file share on another Win2k3 box (long boring story- temporary situation to add space)... anyway, this worked fine up until the upgrade, but now I cannot write new backups to this share (which has 1.5 TB free space), although I can do restores just fine.  I can read and write files with the domain credentials that the Netbackup Client Service is using, which is how it worked before.

Now I immediatly get status 800 whenever I try to write to this DSU, even when there is a restore running off it at the same time (so I know it's reachable!)

Anyone have any ideas on this one?

Hello,

   Have you tried to recreate the storage unit? Or may be try and create another shared foleder and then  create a new storage unit.

If I am not wrong, you need to specific UNC when defining such a remote DSU
