Hi
I had re-installed NB to a different location from the earlier location /usr/openv. I have catalog backup residing in a different directory. How can i recover the previous setting from the catalog backup images which i had previously configured. Any thoughts pls share with me.

Regards

Do you have any problem?
Catalog are recoreded as they are under /usr/openv directory, and restored under /usr/openv.
Although you specified a different location on installation, NB works as it is placed under /usr/openv. /usr/openv is symbolic link.

Maybe i don't understand the question, but I'd just run the default recovery command:
bprecover -l -dpath disk_path. This will give you the various images that are available to restore. The actual recover command, then would be:

bprecover -r -dpath disk_path
