Can a SAN Media Server Backup itself to a Shared Disk Pool with homogenous Media Servers, or shall we change our SAN Clients tothe new (SAN Client) and go through its complexity to utilized the Flexible Disk Features such as shared disk ...??
make sure you talk to symantec support about the san client functionality, there seem to be a lot of engineering binaries to be added when you start implementing them!
