Not enough info in this log.

We need dbclient log on the client with logging level at 3.
Create the folder if it does not exist.

Apologies - missed the posting of dbclient log file. It looks like a timeout to me. Connection to master server was successful but no data was transferred in the following 5 minutes. 11:17:35.873 [8288.9484] <2> logconnections: BPRD CONNECT FROM 10.100.19.166.52799 TO 10.100.14.127.1556 fd = 884 11:17:35.873 [8288.9484] <2> vnet_check_vxss_client_magic_with_info: [vnet_vxss_helper.c:843] Assuming no VxSS for DB Agents 0 0x0 11:20:14.196 [8288.9948] <4> bsa_JobKeepAliveThread: INF - sent 10 keep alives. 11:22:35.916 [8288.9484] .... At this point the Read timeout will kick in. Check timeouts on master and media server. Change it to 1800. I am curious about something else I see in the log. We will need bprd log on the master server to find the reason for this status 37: 11:22:35.990 [8288.9484] <4> dbc_RemoteWriteFile: ulvmctmdat007.internal.colt.net root 37 logs/mssql_backup_failures/021715.rpt a 1
