UNC path backup is failing

Issue: UNC path backup is failing with error code 71 - TRV - object not found for file system backup

Netbackup version Master: 7.5.0.1

Media server: 7.5.0.1

We are backing up UNC path using media server. We have 6-7 UNC path in a policy from NAS storage and backup is failing for only few paths. Other paths are getting backed up successfuly.

Anyone has any idea why it is failing for only few paths?

Can you confirm that the targets for those paths that are

failing definately exist on the source filer & that one of your filer admins hasn't been doing a little 'spring cleaning'?

User rights will be first on my list to troubleshoot.

To test, log on as the domain user starting the NBU Client Service. Open BAR. See if you can use the Backup section to browse to the problematic folder(s). See if you can browse files and folders.
