VxSS Issue

Hi,

I had configured VxSS on my master (windows) and media server (windows).I was able to access the devices on the media server from master server  NBU console .But when i try to start a manual backup ,the jobs fails with error 43.So i had to disable VxSS on my master and media server,after disabling the VxSS i refired the same job which complete successfully .

I am using NBU 5.1 MP6 on both master and media server.

After enabling the VxSS i ws able to communicate with media server and was even able to run vmoprcmd from master server whether VxSS allowed to access to Drives which was successfully.

Any help on this would be really appreicated

In the Access Control host properties, try setting Symantec Product Authentication and Authorization to Automatic instead of Required.
