We are getting the Errors:When we click on Device Monitor error "invalid host name 136"

We are getting the error "invalid host name 136" when we click on Device Monitor.We nounce the Master Server also but we are getting the same error.

asprd149-ebr.aldc.att.com is not the top entry in the bp.conf and it's not in EMM. Is this master clustered? What is asprd149-ebr.aldc.att.com?

Please help us to understand - why are there 2 hostnames for your master?

Master Server = asprdms01-ebr.aldc.att.com/ asprd149-ebr.aldc.att.com

Your prompt shows asprd149 while bpclntcmd -self shows asprdms01-ebr

But NBU is configured with asprdms01-ebr as master and EMM server. 

In the GUI your are trying to connect to asprd149.<FQDN>. This name does not exist anywhere in NBU.

Why are you using asprd149.edc.cingular.net hostname in the GUI when NBU is configured to use asprdms01 as Master and EMM server?

The error is 100% correct - asprd149.edc.cingular.net is invalid NBU hostname.

Issue is now resolved.I have now login through asprdms01-ebr.aldc.att.com and its now working.Perviously i was login throgh asprd149-ebr.aldc.att.com

On a side note: PLEASE upgrade you NBU environment as a matter of urgency.

NBU 6.x reached EOSL on 3 October.
You do not want to be in a situation where you have NO support in a large environment like yours....
