can we provide failover network settings in client if primary network fails backup resumes via secondary...

using netbackup, we can provide require interface but can we provide alternate network in nbu 7.1

Netbackup rely on the client network subsystem. There is no option to "try this network if the primary one fails". 

The network subsystem can however be teamed into a HA configuration, where a secondary link take over if a primary fails. On HP servers this is know as teaming.
