Hi,

Your client isn't able to get an IP address from DHCP, so its can't connect to the boot server to get the BMR boot image.

You need to enable DHCP on the boot server, or configure your which ever server in your environment that gives out IP's to give this client one when it boots. Maybe try and add a reservation to your DHCP server with the bmr client's MAC address so you know it will get an IP.

Also, remember to set the parameters on your DHCP server as listed when you configure the boot server.

Do you have any other PXE service running in the same subnet except BMR PXE service running on the required boot server?

If these boot servers are in the same subnet then only one of them suffice. You need to create SRT (either 32/64 bit architecture) depending on the windows client machine arch that needs to be restored.

Thanks.
