Does the drive show using in the scan command?
May need to restart the media server and run device configuration wizard. But first the OS has to see drive.

Hello,
The command scan use SCSI command to identify the robot and drives at OS level.
If the drives detected at OS level then it should show in scan output.
Kindly cross check that drives are showing at OS level and fix the issue at OS level.
If it showing at OS level but not in scan command output then update the device mapping file

1. ensure drive is visible to OS
2. scan drive into netbackup
if you are using tpautoconf, you may be able to use tpautoconf -replace_drive
I have had occaison when a server got connected to an offsite ACS robot, and could not see it's local drives.
If you start tpconfig and display the robots on the media server, see if there are any extra ones.
I was able to resolve my issue by removing the inappropriate robot, and stopping and restarting netbackup.
The local drives reattached.

You may go to Devices->Drives and delete all drives from there.
Best regards !!
