ics install fail

when i intall NBU media server, follow  message apper.

Can't call method "info" on an undefined value at VxIF/4.2.2.12/VxIF/Installer.pm line 231

i find support docs no. 279909, but that is about linux hosts file setting.

my media server is hp-ux 11.11, and host setting right.

how can i reslove it. plz help me.

I received this error when doing a new installation to an HPUX server. It is a perl error. You must install ICS before NBU. Also, check your requirements for Perl, and be sure it is in the root environment.

You'll also see this message if either forward and reverse DNS are not correct, or if there are other network configuration problems.
