Can someone help me? We are using Netbackup 4.5. We have a 10 policies that simultaneously write daily incremental backups to 4mm tape(stand alone drive) and LTO2 tape (L100 tape library). The problem is, when one of the policy is trying to mount a 4mm tape drive and it doesn't mount because the media id that the backup job is trying to mount does not belong to his volume pool. Example
Incremental backup for host A is trying to mount a media with a media id that does not belong to the volume pool.
These problems had been occuring everyday. and we have to expire the media id that the backup job had been trying to mount before the backup job could actually run.
Hoping for an assistance on this...:)
