Backup admin are required to provide netbackup for policies

C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>bppllist.exe -allpolicies -verbose -L > bppllist.txt

you will find the .txt file in admincmd folder

go into admincmd folder than run -----bpplist

after running report

copy open txt file text pad


select residence ,or policy  press F5 mark all then right click copy to >bookmark fileds

open new file paste ..open txt file in excel select and good to go

Please DO NOT SAVE output files in NBU folders like bin, admincmd, goodies.

I have seen more than once where customers accidently specified the output file with the same name as binary, resulting in 0-byte file size.

Rather send output to a temp folder, e.g. C:\Temp\bppllist.txt.

If you want a more user-friendly output (especially for Schedule info), use -U switch.
