storage tek L20 LTO-2 Drive down

LTO-2 Drive installed in Storage Tek L20 Library under Veritas Enterprize Netbackup software.  It is having 2 LTO Drives.  Drive in Slot1 is going down intermittently.  Drives are swapped and confirmed problem is not because of Drive.
 
Please find the application error log message.  Pls. help me to know what is wrong and why the slot 1 drive is going down frequently.
