> Do i need agent inside VM to recover individual files?
NetBackup Client software must be installed on the host which you want to restore files onto.
To restore files into origial VM, client must be installed on the VM.
> Do file recovery supports in Linux & Unix OS ?
It is supported as far as all of OS, LVM, and filesystem are supported.
Please check "Statement of Support for NetBackup 7.x in a Virtual Environment" page 14-17 for more detail.

> Do "Enable file recovery from VMbackup" creates additional load on VM ?
VM backup does not spent CPU time on VM.
I believe that there are no(or slight) additional load on ESX.

Why would you NOT select "Enable file recovery from VMbackup" ?

Enable file recovery from VMbackup must be checked for individual file restore.

I try to understand how it works. And as integrator, i should not enable something that don`t understand, so i think it`s better ask a question before do something.
