BESR 2010 Virtual Edition Trial Crashing when VM's are Running

Hello,
Running BESR 2010 on a Windows 2008 Server R2 w/ Hyper-V box and I am able to do backups of the host when the virtual machines are turned off.  Turn on a machine and run a backup and I blue screen.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  According to the white papers and the sales rep this functionality is supported.  BESR 8.5 did not however, machines needed to be powered down if you want to backup the host.

One thing I did notice when I was downloaded the trial edition it said nothing about being the virtual edition in the file name as well as when I installed the product.

Here is the error.
