BESR Error help please

Hello,

It seems like some of my Windows 2000 servers  are not backing up.

When I right click the server and click run backup now in the Recovery Manager... it pops up with an error straight away.

The description of the error message is as follows.

It works on some of my Windows 2000 servers, which puzzles me. Can anyone please help?

It looks like you are using a pre-backup batch file:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\CommandFiles\add_BESR_routes.bat

If you remove this from the backup, does it let the job run to completion?

Yep, it seems to work when that file is removed from the backup job...

But it works on some Servers and some don't...

Can you manually run the batch file on the servers that show this error?

Are you running different versions of BESR on the servers that work and the servers that dont? Please confirm version/build of BESR (check in Help/About).
