BESRM 8 - Error Logon

Hi,

I have installed the manager in a Windows 2003 SP2 US (Any message error during the installation)

When I try to open the Console, I a message error "Unable to connect to the remote server"

Make sure that the BESRM's database and webservices are launched, then use netstat-aon to see what is listening on ports 8080 and 8443, verify by PID it is BESRM and not a 3rd party service.
