The first one is just a notice. It is saying that the service has been stopped for one reason or another, rebooting the server will stop the services, as will several other things.
As for the second one, this article explains it better than I could.

Basically what the article says is that the Backup Exec System Recovery Agent is not registering its name as a service on the system properly. If your backups are running and you are able to schedule them, then this is nothing to worry about.

thanks for yourconfirmation Jon.
My backup is now running fine :) eventhough i get that warning message.
