After the upgrade from Besr 8.0 to 8.5.7 , the computer restart correctly, the client appear in the System recovery console just upgraded , idle and Correctly pubblished. But in some cases After a few minutes or hours without any reason, the client uninstall itself, the folder c:\Porgram files \symantec is empty. But in the control panel / add-remove program, the symantec backexec . . . . il already present.
It is about 15% of my client computers from a total of 300 ( windows Xp Sp2 and Sp3).
In these cases I have reinstalled the client again but the problem reoccurs. Before the upgrade the 8.0 client has not revealed this problem.
Any idea or tip?
