Cannot Uninstall BESR 2010 in Win7 x64

When I installed BESR 2010, it disabled my Proactive Threat on my Endpoint Protection.  I am running MR5.  I tried to uninstall, to no avail.  The program is still there, but has disappeared from the Add/Remove.  Trying to click on the setup.exe tells me that a more current version is installed and that I should uninstall via the Add/Remove. (Which no longer exists)  Any suggestions?  thanks.

What version of SEP are you using? I can try this on my end and see if I can duplicate it.

It appears that the Threat Protection problem is resolved.  HOWEVER, I still cannot uninstall BESR Desktop 2010.  The uninstall option is still missing in the Add/Remove programs section.

I manually removed every instance of BESR 2010, and when I tried to reinstall, I got this popup.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
