Norton Ghost 14.0 - Backup Issue

I initally installed the software and completed one backup to a USB drive without a problem.  However, now I keep getting an error "Server threw and exceeption" error code 80010105.  Does anyone have a solution to this or am I doing something wrong?

A second problem is that I have a factory image (D) and when I attempt to back up that it states that it can not be done in a wondows environment???????

Ghost 14 is not a "classic ghost" and your best bet is to post question under Backup exec system recovery forum - products are built on the same technology.

About your second problem.
You have an image of partition D: and want to restore it on partition D: ?
If there is an error, ghost 14 is not hot-imaging capable, which means you have to create a boot-cd to enter pc-dos or winpe (dont know ghost 14 and the possibilities of creating boot-cds with it). there you can easily restore or backup partition d:.
