Veritas System Recovery 23 Desktop Edition for home use

I've posted about this before but still not got anywhere.

I've been using this software since it was called PowerQuest Drive Image.

I've always used it because I believe it's the best.

Now I can't find any supplier in the UK who is willing to sell it for home use.

I contacted Veritas Sales very recently who told me that there should be no problem and that they would arrange for someone to call me back to complete the sale.

Days later, I'm STILL waiting. Why should this be so difficult?

All I want is to download a copy of VSR 23 Desktop and a license.

Can anyone please help me with this?

I only just noticed your message. I'm really sorry for the long delay in replying.

The answer to your question is of course, NO!

I'd be really grateful for your help with this.

I realize that VSR is primarily intended for corporate use, but I know that there a lot of home users

in a similar situation to myself who would like to continue using this backup solution.

As I said before, all I want is to download a copy of VSR 23 Desktop and buy a license.

Why has this been made so difficult?

I understand and echo your frustrations. I have been working 'behind the scenes' with others about this and are hoping to get something arranged to make things easier, in the future.
