Do I need to install a new version of RALUS when I apply a hotfix to the media server?

Backup Exec - Monitor Only

I would like to be able to give an individual user the ability to monitor backups with the Backup Exec Administrative Console, but I only want them to be able to view, not change anything. This would be useful for computer operators. Any ideas?
