Maybe I missed this but can't seem to find it in the manual any place.  Other than the full on the server, what should I be backing up on a nightly basis should I ever need to restore all of backup exec?

I have some sql databases that are not in the typical sql location.  They are in another folder under the D: drive and the only way to back them up is to stop the sql service, back them up then start the sql service again.  Don't ask me why the dba's...

At my company they have some sql databases under regular folders.  I'm not a sql guru and know little about it but I can't seem to back these files up.  Do all the sql files have to be under the sql realm for the sql client to handle them? 

Of the servers I have selected for backup, one of them shows a little yellow triangle next to it.  It still backs up ok but I'm wondering why this shows up like this?
