BKE 10d - Backup Job is a day behind and failing -HELP!

I'm using Backup Exec 10d on W2K3 SRV.  Our backup jobs failing-ERROR: Job atuomatically exceeded job's maximum configured run time. *Backup job only takes 1.3 hours to run and starts 10:00PM M-F when it's working properly.*now it's taking over 11hrs...
