Dell ML6010

It is a Dell ML6010 with 2 drives (Fibre).  It is on the HCL. Backup exec 12

Dell ML 6010 Library not recognized

Is there any agent I need before Backupexec 12 will see ML 6010 changer?  It does see the drive. Drive is connected directly to Dell 2950 through fiber(not going through a switch).
